Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging in sex therapy services with our practice. 1. Services Offered My practice offers sex therapy services to individuals and couples seeking support for sexual health and relationship issues. The therapy services provided are based on professional expertise and ethical standards. 2. Client Eligibility Clients must be at least 18 years of age to engage in sex therapy services. Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate in therapy. 3. Confidentiality All information shared during therapy sessions is confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to protect the safety of the client or others. Clients will be informed of the limits of confidentiality before engaging in therapy. 4. Professional Conduct

I adhere to professional standards of conduct and ethics. Clients are expected to treat the therapist with respect and honesty during therapy sessions. 5. Appointment Scheduling Clients are responsible for scheduling therapy appointments in advance. I strive to accommodate client schedules to the best of our ability, but appointment availability may be limited. 6. Payment and Fees Clients are responsible for payment of therapy fees at the time of service. I accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Fees for therapy services will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of therapy. 7. Cancellation Policy Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee. 8. Termination of Services The practice reserves the right to terminate therapy services if a client's behaviour is disruptive, non-compliant with therapy goals, or if the therapist deems it necessary for the client's well-being. 9. Client Rights Clients have the right to ask questions about the therapy process, seek clarification on therapy goals and methods, and request changes to the therapy approach if necessary. 10. Feedback and Complaints Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on their therapy experience. If a client has a complaint or concern, they are encouraged to discuss it with the therapist. By engaging in therapy services with our practice, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
